Final Inspection
Once your purchase is confirmed, we perform a full job-site readiness inspection. This can happen as quickly as the same day or within a few business days, depending on our workload. If any issue arises, our team will notify you immediately.
Freight Scheduling
After inspection, your lift is posted on our freight board. We partner with trusted freight brokers—using an algorithmic load-optimization system—to secure a partial truck load at the best possible rate. You’re welcome to suggest your own carriers, too.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery times are approximate—variables like route, weather, holidays, and truck availability can affect schedules. While we can’t guarantee exact dates, we continually monitor progress and will keep you informed of any changes.
Ownership & Expedited Options
Once payment is complete, ownership is transferred to you and the forklift is yours. Though we’re not a freight company, we leverage decades of data to move equipment efficiently. If you need faster delivery, let us know and we can get you a quote for expedited shipping.
